The CFO will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop the financial vision and strategy for the company. Responsibilities include overseeing financial health, capital and investment strategy, financial reporting, tax compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors, and a proven track record of driving financial vision and strategy as part of an executive team.
Key responsibilities for the CFO role include financial strategy and planning, financial reporting and compliance, operational and financial management, risk management, strategic partnerships, and team development. The successful applicant will be an experienced finance executive with a strong background in financial leadership. While a CPA is preferred, it is not required. The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial vision and strategy of the company, working closely with the executive team to drive decision making and ensure financial health.
