
The CFO position is responsible for the financial strategy, planning, and risk management of a growing organization in the residential care and assisted living industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a leading financial role, with a Master's in economics or finance, experience in M&A processes, real estate management, negotiations, and relationship management. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
The CFO will work closely with senior management and the board to provide financial strategy and advisory, covering accounting, tax, reporting, FP&A, legal, fiscality, and corporate finance. They will also be responsible for establishing a finance structure for M&A activities and maintaining strong relationships with banks and investors.
