Our client, in Westerville, Ohio is seeking a Chief Financial Officer & Vice President for Business Affairs (CFO & VPBA) to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial activities and controls, lead major capital projects, and manage a budget of $68 million and assets of approximately $250 million. The CFO & VPBA will also staff the university's governing board committees and must have a strong background in financial planning, management, and risk strategies.
Applicants must have an advanced degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Certified Public Accountant designation preferred. They should have a proven track record of successful leadership in Business Affairs, financial planning skills, and experience in managing debt. Strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as the ability to establish external relationships and negotiate with financial entities, are also required.
