Our client is a privately held global industrial manufacturer with close to 80 locations worldwide, including manufacturing facilities and Engineering and R&D centers. They have a strong history of over 60 years and are focused on growth and innovation to meet customer needs. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key leader on the executive team, responsible for managing the financial health of the organization and reporting to the CEO/President. The CFO will lead a team of 65-75, including direct reports in HR, IT, Legal, and Finance, and will play a strategic role in driving growth and innovation.
The CFO will provide leadership in strategic financial planning, manage global financial resources, monitor liabilities and investments, and analyze budget trends and forecasts. They will work closely with investment advisors, executive management, and the Board of Directors to provide critical financial information and make recommendations. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, and at least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with 7 years in a senior financial leadership position in a global environment.
