The Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) at our client is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and support functions of the organization. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFAO plays a critical role in financial reporting to the Board of Trustees, managing the annual budget, endowment, reserves, and investments. They also oversee various departments including HR, legal, technology, and property management. The CFAO is a strategic business partner, organizational leader, and advocate for the Museum's mission and values, attending Board meetings and serving on various committees.
