The Chief Executive Officer position at our client involves providing overall leadership, vision, and operational management to achieve strategic goals related to service delivery, people and culture, collaborative partnerships, and operational sustainability. Reporting to the Board Chair and accountable to the Board of Directors, the CEO will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to provide guidance and support to the agency's staff and volunteers, motivating and empowering them to excel in their roles. As the primary spokesperson and lead relationship builder, the CEO will promote awareness of programs and goals, as well as cultivate and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key external partners such as donors, funders, and community members.This rare opportunity to lead a respected agency with over 50 years of community support involves overseeing a large team of staff and volunteers to ensure the agency's mission and goals are met.
