My firm is retained to fill a confidential CEO position for a PE-backed $100M+ infrastructure construction company. This role comes with a strong base salary, a strong annual bonus, and an equity component with an estimated value of $15-30M+. The ideal candidate for this position has been a successful CEO for a small to mid-cap PE-backed, industrial manufacturing company ($50M-$500M approx.) not linked to a mothership/ larger company and has been through a successful exit.
