BALANCE is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead their national non-profit organization in breaking the cycle of generational poverty through financial empowerment. The CEO will work with various partners to provide financial education and counseling to consumers across the country, with a focus on promoting financial wellness through smart money coaching, financial fitness programs, and corporate financial wellness benefits. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to advance the organization's mission.
The ideal candidate for this role will embody BALANCE's core values and have a strong background in financial education and counseling. They will have experience working with Government-Sponsored Enterprises, municipalities, employers, credit unions, and non-profits to promote financial wellness. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful initiatives that empower individuals and families to take control of their financial lives, ultimately helping them achieve financial stability and independence.
