The client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee their nationwide youth sports instruction and development company, College Coaches Skills Camp (CCSC). CCSC specializes in high-quality, one-day instructional camps for high school athletes in six sports. Founded in 2009 by Division I college baseball coaches, CCSC has grown into a robust platform with over 650 events annually and more than 65,000 athletes participating nationwide. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for leading the company's operations and strategic direction.
With a focus on providing personalized training and recruiting opportunities for aspiring athletes, CCSC partners with over 3,000 college coaches from Divisions I, II, and III. The CEO will oversee the company's remote, asset-light model, which has allowed for significant growth and success in the industry. In addition to serving athletes, CCSC also provides valuable resources for coaches looking for supplementary income and direct access to potential recruits. The CEO will play a key role in maintaining these partnerships and continuing to expand the company's reach and impact.
