The Chief Executive Officer position at our client in Norristown, PA, reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for leading the organization in providing comprehensive treatment and support to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. With a history dating back to 1968, our client offers a full continuum of evidence-based treatment services, including residential programs, outpatient services, harm reduction, prevention education, recovery support, and affordable housing. The CEO will oversee the organization's operations, ensure quality programming, and work towards achieving the organization's mission and vision of promoting long-term recovery for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges.
The ideal candidate for the CEO role will have at least 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on addiction and mental health treatment, as well as experience in real estate acquisition and management. They should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors, volunteers, and stakeholders. The CEO will be responsible for strategic planning, program development, financial management, community relations, and fundraising activities to support our client's mission and goals.
