The CEO is responsible for leading and shaping the overall direction of our client, including financial planning, organizational culture, and vision. Working closely with the Council Chair, members, staff, and contractors, the CEO sets and implements strategic plans in alignment with the organization's functions. The role offers flexibility in working hours and location, with a significant amount of travel required throughout New Zealand to meet stakeholders and attend events.In addition to overseeing the strategic direction of our client, the CEO will have four direct reports and will be responsible for managing and supporting their work. The CEO will also be expected to represent our client at various events and speaking engagements, further promoting the organization's mission and goals. Overall, the CEO plays a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our client through effective leadership and strategic planning.
