The client is a nonprofit organization in the Bay Area that works with youth to help them reach their full potential, break the cycle of incarceration, and promote justice in California and beyond. They were founded in 2000 and have developed programs based on input from youth in the justice system, focusing on legal education, mentoring, and leadership training. Their strategic growth plan, Imagine 2030, aims to partner with young people, communities, and systems to dismantle the pipeline to prison in California, empower 30,000 youth to change their lives, and provide opportunities for them to thrive.
Currently, the client has around 100 staff members and 150 volunteers working out of four offices in over 40 cities across five counties in the San Francisco Bay Area.
