Community Memorial Foundation (CMF) is seeking a visionary and community-minded Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a grantmaking foundation dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those in the western suburbs of Chicago. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop a new strategic plan, set organizational goals, and oversee a leadership team to ensure ongoing success. Responsibilities include maintaining current services, identifying key areas for impact, and providing sound financial stewardship of the foundation's resources.The incoming CEO will collaborate with various stakeholders, including grantees, staff, board members, local funders, community partner agencies, government officials, and community leaders to expand CMF's impact. The ideal candidate will inspire and guide the leadership team to achieve organizational goals, while ensuring the foundation operates efficiently and fiscally responsibly.
