The client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in promoting its mission, vision, and values. Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, the CEO will be responsible for ensuring the financial viability of the organization and overseeing asset acquisition initiatives. The executive will also serve as a key liaison and manage a team of direct reports, including the CFO, COO, and CEOs of the portfolio companies.
Founded in 1888, the client is an independent, not-for-profit enterprise managing a diverse portfolio of health services and community grant initiatives. The organization is dedicated to improving people's health while lowering costs through new delivery models and consumer education. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in healthcare management, with a strong background in healthcare operations and business development processes. They should be a visionary leader with deep knowledge of the industry and markets, able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and represent the client in all settings.
