Our client is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in promoting and encouraging tourism and development in Hamilton County, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision and business acumen to ensure financial health and operational excellence, as well as the ability to collaborate with the team to establish long-term goals and annual business plans. This individual will also be responsible for stakeholder collaboration and relationship building, representing the organization externally with a diverse set of partners, and fostering a culture of enthusiasm and possibility within the community.
The President/CEO will oversee the administration, programs, and direction of our client, working closely with the Board of Directors and administrative team to shape a strategic long-term vision and annual business plan. Responsibilities include community outreach, engagement, public affairs, government relations, and advocating for the organization's success. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of work experience in marketing, communications, tourism development, or a related field, as well as proven non-profit management, budgeting, and administrative experience. The estimated salary range for this role begins at $190,000 and includes a generous benefits package.
