The ideal candidate will also have experience in people leadership, leading change, and making effective decisions in a proactive and self-motivated manner. Ideally, they will be passionate about the goals and objectives of the organization and have an understanding of the seed industry at both the national and global levels. Experience working with governing Executive Councils or Boards would be advantageous.
