The Military Division is assisting a client in Richmond, VA in their search for a Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of US Military Leadership experience, with preference given to US Navy veterans. A strong Industrial Maintenance background is required, including hands-on experience with boilers, air compressors, pumps, and other critical industrial systems. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing maintenance operations across multiple sites, managing a team of engineers and maintenance personnel, and providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting expertise in the repair and maintenance of industrial systems. The Chief Engineer will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the maintenance team to ensure technical proficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
