Our client, an investment firm focused on sustainable and responsible investments, is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to oversee compliance within the company. The role involves ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, with a focus on anti-fraud, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Professional Ethics, MiFID regulations, and Protection of clients interests. The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing compliance, monitoring, and analytical functions related to regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Compliance in Luxembourg, with a strong knowledge of Luxembourg legislation and key regulatory frameworks such as AML/CTF and MiFID II applicable to asset managers. A Master's degree in law, economics, or equivalent by experience is required, along with strong business acumen and fluency in French and English (written and oral).
