The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will lead all commercial activities for a private airline company, collaborating with various departments to ensure commercial success and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include participating in board meetings, evaluating business operations, formulating and executing commercial strategy, identifying revenue growth opportunities, leading sales and marketing teams, and negotiating strategic partnerships. The CCO will also collaborate with customer service teams, guide network planning, monitor financial performance, and mitigate commercial risks.
The successful applicant will have a university degree in Business, Marketing, Aeronautics, Aviation/Aerospace (MBA preferred), 5 years of management experience in European commercial aviation, and a strong track record in a senior sales leadership role. Strong leadership skills, understanding of airline operations, commercial strategy, and revenue management, analytical mindset, goal orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.
