Our client is looking for a Chief Advancement Officer to lead the advancement department and increase philanthropic support for the school. The CAO will work closely with the President and Board of Trustees to establish fundraising priorities, engage in strategic planning, and develop the vision for capital campaigns in alignment with the school's strategic plan. They will also create a fundraising and stewardship plan to engage supporters, nurture a culture of philanthropy, and strategically engage specific stakeholder groups.In addition to fundraising responsibilities, the CAO will partner with school leadership to highlight the school's mission and promote a positive public perception. They will work to build on Ursuline's more than 125 years of achievement and engage alumnae, current parents, friends, and foundations by appealing to their specific interests and needs. The ideal candidate will be a highly accomplished advancement professional with experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
