A highly respected organization is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to join their team for an Oracle Fusion Change Project. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of changes within the Oracle Fusion environment, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of enhancements and updates. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing change management strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to assess impacts, leading impact assessments, developing communication plans, coordinating training sessions, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to project teams. The successful candidate must have proven change management experience in an Oracle Fusion implementation, strong ERP financials understanding, project management background, certification in Change Management, knowledge of Oracle applications, and experience in defining and implementing new processes.
The role offers a salary range of 120,000 - 140,000 + benefits for a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working practices in place. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in centralised change environments, ability to engage and influence stakeholders, strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
