
The current Chair of our client has announced his intention to step down after a successful tenure, and a transition plan is in place to appoint a new Chair at the Annual General Meeting in November 2024. The Board consists of an Independent Chair, up to nine General Directors, and five Industry Sector Directors, who meet quarterly in person across Australia and New Zealand. The Chair is expected to attend ARA events and conferences, as well as sit on Board Committees.\n\nThe incoming Chair will play a crucial role in leading our client and working closely with the Board to make strategic decisions. They will be responsible for representing our client at various events and conferences, as well as overseeing the operations of the Board Committees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the industry, and a commitment to driving our client's mission forward.
