Fleurop is seeking a Chairman of the Supervisory Board to provide direction, guidance, and inspiration to the General Manager, Management Team, members, and the organization as a whole. The successful candidate will lead the Board, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with corporate strategy, objectives, and financial performance, providing advice on strategic themes such as innovation and digitalization, and promoting constructive dialogue between the Board and Management. The Chairman will also ensure compliance with governance codes and regulations, monitor risk management and integrity, evaluate management performance, and oversee the organization's long-term vision and strategic direction.Additionally, the Chairman will focus on diversity and inclusion within the organization, sustainable and ethical business operations, and encouraging active member participation in cooperative activities and decision-making. They will listen to and address members' concerns and needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
