Our client is seeking a new Finance Trustee and Chair of the Finance, Audit, Investment and Risk Committee, with a time commitment of 1-2 days per month. The role involves joint responsibility for the overall governance and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring sufficient resources are available to fulfill the mission. The ideal candidate will have strategic finance experience at a high level, a commercial approach, board-level expertise, and knowledge of corporate governance and risk.
