The client is seeking a Chair to lead the organization in delivering mental health, physical health, and learning disability services to over 1.5 million people across Hampshire. With 7,600 staff working from over 200 sites, the Trust collaborates with health and care partners across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System to provide high-quality services. The Trust has undergone significant transformation, including an estates improvement program, ongoing research initiatives, and the establishment of a new Gambling Treatment Service, all done in partnership with local communities and organizations.
The Chair will play a key role in leading the Trust through its continued evolution, working closely with stakeholders to improve services and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. The successful candidate will have experience in strategic leadership, governance, and partnership working, with a commitment to driving innovation and improvement in healthcare services. They will also have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of those served by the Trust.
