Our client is seeking a Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery to support its missions of health care, education, and research. This key leadership role will involve managing a diverse team of medical professionals and trainees, establishing and executing a vision for the department, and collaborating with other clinical chairs. The ideal candidate must be a thought leader, able to establish consensus, and have strong relationships in a complex organization. The Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery's mission is to provide services in a caring and respectful atmosphere, offering patient care services, conducting research, and supporting a residency program.
