The Chair of Trustees will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the board, ensuring that our client's purpose and strategy are effectively implemented. They will use their skills, experience, and networks to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, both nationally and internationally, to promote the mission of our client. The successful candidate will also be tasked with ensuring robust governance practices are in place to support our client's long-term sustainability and growth.In addition to overseeing the board and governance of our client, the Chair of Trustees will also be responsible for representing our client at various events and forums, advocating for the rights of children and young people. They will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive forward our client's strategic objectives and ensure that it remains at the forefront of international development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to gender equality and social justice, as well as a proven track record of leadership and governance in a similar setting.
