The ideal candidate for this position will be a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and improving systems and processes for maximum efficiency. They must have prior leadership experience, particularly in a collaborative practice model with OB/GYNs, midwives, and APPs. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging staff, holding them accountable, and creating an environment that promotes education and enhances quality and patient safety metrics. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the candidate may have the opportunity for a Clinical Faculty Line appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine, although this is not a requirement for the position. The candidate must be able to obtain medical licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
