The job involves developing and implementing financial strategies to support our client's growth and profitability goals, overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, planning, legal & compliance, and IT, conducting detailed financial analysis to guide investment decisions, managing investor relations and communication, maintaining relationships with banks, representing our client to investors and the financial market, defining communication and positioning strategies, working with the board of directors and other leaders to develop an effective corporate strategy, identifying strategic threats, risks, and opportunities, and setting metrics to accurately measure company performance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, a postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable, a financial certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred, experience in the IPO process, and fluency in English. The salary offered is competitive with the market. This position is based in Brazil and is a permanent contract.
