The CFO Poland & CEE FP&A role is responsible for overseeing financial management in Poland and the CEE and Baltics regions, focusing on FP&A and Business Finance. This position will collaborate closely with the CEO, other Board members, and management teams across Europe to drive the client's ongoing success. The CFO will lead financial strategy development, provide insights and analysis, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The successful candidate will have extensive finance experience in an international, sales-driven organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors. They must have a proven track record in managing change initiatives, working with international stakeholders, and leading teams across multiple countries. Strong communication skills, fluency in English and Polish, and the ability to travel occasionally are essential for this role.
