
The CFO will work closely with executive leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement financial strategies to support the client's growth. They will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including grants and funds management, accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and budget and forecast preparation. The CFO will also be tasked with developing and overseeing internal control policies and procedures, as well as providing oversight of finance and accounting department operations.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong background in financial management and leadership, ideally within a nonprofit organization. They will have experience developing and implementing financial strategies to support organizational growth and success. The CFO will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with executive leadership and the board of directors.
