Responsibilities include providing cash flow forecasting, managing the annual budget process, formulating financial targets and budgets, and overseeing financial planning and management. The role also involves controlling all financial transactions and accountancy matters, presenting financial reports, managing audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar sized growing SME, experience in a finance leadership role, and manufacturing/industrial experience. Strong commercial acumen, drive, ambition, communication skills, and IT knowledge are essential. The successful candidate will be able to manage, develop, and mentor a small team, work at pace autonomously, and have a cooperative approach to internal and external stakeholders. This role is suitable for a Head of Finance/Financial Controller or Finance Director looking to step into a CFO role, and offers a salary range of 90,000 - 110,000 plus benefits.
