They are seeking a CEO to provide strategic direction and management of healthcare operations in Vietnam, driving operational excellence and growth. The CEO will collaborate with industry professionals, oversee functional departments, monitor KPIs, develop growth strategies, and lead mergers and acquisitions.
The successful applicant will have a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, with 10+ years of leadership experience in hospital management. They should possess expertise in hospital operations, regulatory principles, marketing, and business development strategies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead teams, drive change, and achieve results in a dynamic environment. Cultural sensitivity and fluency in English and Vietnamese are required, with working experience in Vietnam or emerging markets preferred.
