The Chief Member Advocacy & Engagement Officer at the client will play a key role in advancing the organization's vision of building great public schools that prepare all California students for success. This individual will support and advocate for high-quality non-profit charter schools, meeting the needs of parents and educators for great public-school options. The Chief Member Advocacy & Engagement Officer will lead efforts to share the success of charter schools throughout California's public school system, advancing educational access and opportunity as a social justice and civil rights issue. This role will involve collaborating with members, teachers, and administrators to promote diversity in culture, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, and perspective within the charter school community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and advocacy, with a strong commitment to supporting and empowering students and educators in the pursuit of academic excellence.
