A top AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Associate to join their premier Capital Markets Practice Group. The Associate will work directly with Partners on US-based transactions involving debt and equity in both public and private markets. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in Capital Markets at a top law firm, with a JD from a top US Law school and NY Bar Admission. They should have experience representing underwriters and issuers in public and private offerings, as well as corporate governance and public company representations. The successful applicant will be a self-starter who can handle significant responsibility and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, with an interest in business development.
