The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically developing and delivering initiatives in Scotland, building relationships with key stakeholders, and championing innovative solutions to address early years inequalities.The Scotland Director will also oversee fundraising and resource development to ensure the sustainability and growth of our client's work in Scotland. Additionally, they will inspire and manage a dedicated team focused on improving outcomes for young children and providing them with the foundations to thrive throughout their lives.
