
The Campaign Director will be responsible for overseeing our client's $3-5M campaign, working closely with Trustees to develop and manage the campaign committee. Development Guild Campaign Counsel has provided support in setting up the foundation for the campaign, including a prospect database and gift table, for the Director to utilize. In the first three months, the Director will conduct a thorough assessment of the organization and campaign, presenting recommendations for goal setting, budgets, and milestones, as well as conducting Foundation research and developing a grant submission calendar.The successful candidate will have experience in campaign development and implementation, as well as educating and supporting Board members and volunteers. They should be comfortable working in a start-up environment and have a track record of building new foundation prospects and individual donor pipelines. While the Trustees will be the primary faces and solicitors for the campaign, the Director should also be prepared to engage with the community and solicit donors as needed.
