Join a highly collaborative and friendly M&A Practice Group BD team at a well-regarded international law firm in Midtown, New York City. As the Business Development Manager, you will provide marketing support to the M&A Practice Group, including preparing pitches, coordinating events, conducting market research, and managing client databases. You will also serve as the primary BD point of contact for the group, attending internal meetings and ensuring all marketing resources are available. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting and finalizing pitches, working on marketing plans, event planning, and liaising with the PR/Communications team.

The successful candidate for this role will have at least 7 years of business development experience, with 5 years in a reputable law firm. Experience supporting an M&A Practice Group within a law firm is beneficial, along with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. This role requires a highly organized, team-oriented individual who is personable, pragmatic, and delivery-focused. A degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred, and the ability to work in the Midtown, NYC office 3 days per week is required. The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, with an extensive benefits package and opportunities for training, development, and career progression.
