Description

Our client, a leading European energy company, is seeking a Sales Engineer to focus on promoting and selling solar installation projects in Cameroon. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for prospecting new clients, providing technical and commercial offers, simulating solar system performance, conducting site visits, negotiating with suppliers, and reporting on sales activities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in the solar/photovoltaic sector. Strong sales experience in B2B environments, technical knowledge of solar specifications and software, fluency in English, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are required. This position offers a competitive salary plus bonuses and is based in Douala, Cameroon.
