
The Sales Country Manager position is with our client, a multi-billion-dollar company with a global market presence in various industries. The role involves managing a team of 10 employees, with 3 direct reports, and providing support and coaching to sales agents. The Sales Country Manager will be responsible for strategic market coverage, budgeting, and setting KPIs for all departments, as well as full P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or equivalent expertise with at least 10 years of experience in the field, a strong understanding of the Italian industrial market, and fluency in English and Italian.
