FND Ireland is looking for a non-executive director/trustee with corporate governance/legal experience to join their board. FND Ireland is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting those living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in Ireland. They are a voluntary national organization with a mission to advocate for awareness, promote research, and provide support for those with FND in Ireland.
The key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that FND Ireland complies with all legal and regulatory obligations, including charity and company law. The director will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization fulfills its reporting requirements. FND Ireland is currently in the process of applying to be registered as a charity with the Charities Regulator.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance and legal matters. They will play a crucial role in helping FND Ireland grow and extend its reach to the entire FND community in Ireland.
