The World at Work: Jobs, Pay & Skills for 3.5 Billion People:
As technology and globalization have reshaped economies around the world, unleashing sweeping changes in markets and sectors in the process, this study identifies the forces of demand and supply shaping the global labor force. Richard Dobbs, Managing Director - McKinsey Global Institute, and McKinsey & Company, will give insight into the leadership challenges we continue to face in the ongoing War for Talent, first announced in McKinsey’s 1997 publication.

The Global Financial System & The Economic Recovery:
Managing Editor, Dow Jones, Michael Casey's recent book The Unfair Trade is a riveting exposé of the vast global financial system. Casey will discuss how global economic problems are largely caused by political agendas that prevent the free market from encouraging fair competition and impeding the allocation of resources.
