Two BlueSteps Members Will Receive Scholarships to Leading European Business School

BlueSteps is pleased to announce a partnership with IE, one of the world’s top-ranked providers of executive education, offering BlueSteps members an exclusive scholarship opportunity towards the IE Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy.

Last year, two BlueSteps members, Natalie Lewes and Fouzia Boutbza, were both awarded 2013 scholarships to study in IE’s program.  

As part of the continued alliance this year, IE will provide two BlueSteps members, who apply and are accepted to IE, with scholarships of 50% of tuition fees, equivalent to 22,500€ each, towards the IE Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy.
Application deadline: February 14, 2014*

Geographic Area: Spain, Europe, Latin America, North America, Asia Pacific, Africa & Middle East, Central Asia

Description: Two (2) scholarships of 50% of tuition fees equivalent to 22,500€ each, towards the Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy program at IE for two (2) BlueSteps members.

Additionally, IE has fully waived the application costs valued at €125 for all BlueSteps members to apply to the IE EXMPLS program.

Participants are responsible for providing:
  • The remaining cost of tuition and academic fees of the program
  • The amount of 1,200€ for the IE Foundation
  • Travelling expenses
  • Any visa arrangements (IE provide support through its Student Office) if necessary
Requirements:
  • Only confirmed BlueSteps members will be considered eligible to apply for the BlueSteps & IE Scholarship towards the Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy.
  • Candidates must have successfully completed the admission process. For detail information about the admission process please visit: http://www.exmpls.ie.edu/admissions_process.php.
  • This scholarship cannot be used in conjunction and simultaneously with any other scholarship that may be provided through IE Foundation or IE partner sponsored organizations.
Evaluation Criteria: BlueSteps members who apply for the scholarship will be evaluated on their professional history, record of achievement and ambition to improve the state of business and organizations.

The Scholarship Committee will evaluate candidates that find themselves in a growing point in their professional career, professionals who want to change/advance the way they lead. Participants in the program are managers and leaders of units, functions or organizations. They have reached their current positions through a combination of hard-work, demonstrated business expertise, and largely self-taught leadership abilities. They are busy executives who know that investing 6 days each business quarter in training will not be easy, but they realize that investing in leadership training is what will determine the next stages of their careers.

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (2 pages).
  • Tell us why the Scholarship Committee should approve your application? Please send us a brief financial plan
  • considering the scholarship-granted scenario and the not-granted one.
