The client, specializing in construction, has around 1,400 employees and generates an annual turnover of approximately 380 million euros. Due to the company's strong growth, there is a need for a leader in the HR department to address the challenges of recruiting and developing qualified staff, as well as enhancing employee satisfaction and employer attractiveness. The successful candidate will oversee the HR department, focusing on recruitment and staff development, and report directly to the management.
