The Associate Vice President for our client will be responsible for demonstrating strategic leadership and global engagement to benefit and grow Western Michigan University. This includes developing a clear strategic plan for our client that aligns with WMU's overall goals and communicating this vision to all stakeholders. The AVP will also promote campus and community internationalization through advancing global engagement opportunities fostered through partnerships, as well as partnering with campus stakeholders to enhance international student recruitment and retention. Additionally, the AVP will be responsible for effectively leading the Haenicke Institute's staff and promoting professional development and growth.Overall, the AVP for our client will play a crucial role in driving internationalization efforts at WMU by providing strategic leadership, fostering partnerships, and enhancing global engagement opportunities.
