Grace is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Chief Labor & Employment Counsel to join their Legal Leadership team in Columbia, MD. The role involves counseling on all labor & employment matters globally, managing labor & employment litigation, and developing team members. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. with a strong academic record, at least 10 years of experience in labor and employment, and significant experience in a large corporate environment. They must also have experience with privacy regulation and union/labor relations, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities include evaluating and auditing labor & employment programs, developing policies and procedures, managing restructuring and investigations, and overseeing compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will have the ability to influence key stakeholders, build robust labor & employment processes, and foster a diverse and inclusive team environment.
