The job is for an Associate Director Project Finance at a global consultancy, where the team focuses on water and energy infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include providing strategic and policy advice to developers and stakeholders, designing delivery models, procurement and commercial advice, market analysis, financial advice, and raising finance for major infrastructure projects. The successful candidate should have experience in utilities or infrastructure sectors, client relationship management skills, and expertise in construction contract terms, financial modeling, funding models, and financing structures.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in construction contracts, financial models, funding models, and financing structures for infrastructure projects. They should also possess expertise in financial advice, project finance, and corporate finance, as well as an understanding of key value drivers in projects. The salary for this position is between 100,000 - 110,000 PA DOE, plus car allowance, bonus, and benefits.
