The Associate Dean for Research will play a crucial role within our client's leadership team, reporting directly to the Dean. Responsibilities include overseeing the Office of the Associate Dean for Research, managing direct reports, and potentially hiring an Assistant Dean for Research. Collaboration with various stakeholders such as the Dean, Vice President for Research, faculty, staff, and students is essential to achieve the college's mission and goals. Additionally, the ADR will serve as a member of the leadership team and as an ex officio member of the Research Committee.The Associate Dean for Research will be a key figure in driving research initiatives within the college, working closely with the Dean and other key stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support research efforts, contribute to strategic planning, and help shape the direction of research activities within the college. The ADR will also have the chance to collaborate with various departments and individuals to ensure the successful implementation of research projects and initiatives.
