A full-service boutique law firm is seeking an Associate/ Mid-Level Associate for a Corporate Transactions Attorney role. The ideal candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar, have a J.D. from an accredited law school, and possess corporate transactions experience. The position offers a base salary range of $160,000-$175,000 per year, a flexible work-from-home policy, and benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.
