
The job requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role. The selected individual will lead and participate in M&A operations, coordinate the M&A process from initial meetings to closure, and report to the Head of the M&A team. They will also negotiate transactions, support financing acquisition, analyze market trends, identify M&A opportunities, and evaluate companies' financial and economic aspects. Additionally, they will assist in developing business plans, conduct company valuations, and build and manage complex financial models.
The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A boutique, Corporate, or Big 4, with a focus on TMT. They should have a strong academic background in Business Administration or Engineering, preferably with postgraduate training, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
